Job Posting: Administrative Assistant (Hybrid)
Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Shift/Work Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility)
Pay Rate: $25 - $28 per hour (DOE)
Hours per week: 37.5
Target Start Date: Mid-January (Week of 1/13)
Position Duration: 5 months (through May/June), with potential for extension or conversion based on business needs

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a senior leadership team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in administrative functions, especially in managing calendars, processing expenses, supporting large internal meetings and events, and assisting with team engagement activities. The role will involve frequent interaction with senior leadership and multiple functions, including business planning, strategy, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for senior leadership
- Process expenses and support internal financial needs
- Coordinate and support large meetings and events
- Assist with team engagement activities, including social events
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
- Support Q2 planning cycle project for 2026
- Check in with teams and assist in pre-setting huddles and other team activities
Required Skills:
- Strong calendar management and organizational skills
- Experience in expense processing
- Ability to manage and support internal large meetings and events
- Experience in supporting team engagement activities
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be flexible
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience
- Open to candidates with relevant experience, no specific degree required
Training & Support:
- Training will be provided by other admins on the team
